Kansai International Academy
Kansai International Academy (KIA) has a mission to nurture creative and responsible leaders who can make valuable contributions to global society through inquiry-based Japanese-English bilingual education.
At KIA, they believe in providing high-quality, challenging, and globally-oriented education to their students. Since January 2020, they have been an authorized IB world school for the Diploma Programme, sharing a common philosophy with other IB World Schools.
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment is central to KIA's approach. They aim to foster emotionally resilient and open-minded learners who are prepared to tackle any challenge. Collaboration is encouraged, and the importance of taking personal responsibility for one's actions and words is emphasized, both as individuals and as part of a community.
KIA's graduates are equipped to become leaders in a rapidly changing global society. The school strongly believes that their educational philosophy, focused on developing leaders through Japanese-English bilingual education, effectively prepares students for the dynamic world that lies ahead.
