Kizaru

Borsalino, also known by his nickname Kizaru, is a Marine admiral. Kizaru is the sole remaining admiral from the previous trio after Kuzan resigned from the Marines and Sakazuki was elevated to fleet admiral. He possesses amazing powers related to the element of light as a result of the Pika Pika no Mi Devil Fruit.

Kizaru's exact speed is difficult to determine because he primarily relies on his ability to move at the speed of light. His extraordinary perception and response speed are demonstrated by his flawless coordination of his lightspeed motions, whether delivering strong kicks or fast shifting from one spot to another.

Kizaru consumed the Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that gives him the ability to produce, control, and convert his body into light. He can move, travel, and perform kicks at the speed of light, as well as release laser beams and blind his opponents.

Kizaru comes across as always calm, equable, easygoing, and careless in most situations, no matter how serious they are.
