Minato Namikaze was Konohagakure's Fourth Hokage in Naruto series. He was known across the globe as Konoha's Yellow Flash. He died during the attack of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, dedicating his life to securing a piece of the Nine-Tails into his newborn son, Naruto Uzumaki. He is considered as one of the fastest anime characters.

In Naruto series, Minato was a very humble and quiet guy. He was regarded for being helpful and intelligent, and he never did anything without a cause. He was fully aware of the fear his reputation created in other villages and would exploit it at times, but he would always be respectful to opponents.

The Flying Thunder Technique is one of Minato's famous talents, which he mastered even better than its founder, the Second Hokage. This technique, also known as the Yellow Flash, gives him the ability to teleport to any identity indicated with his special seal in an instant. He can use this seal on a variety of objects, places, and even people.

Minato Namikaze was regarded as the fastest shinobi of his generation. While his space and time ninjutsu contributed to his recognition, Minato's innate speed and ability with the Body Flicker Technique were unparalleled. He could flee from three other Kage-Level ninja and attack an opponent or return a partner before anyone realized what he was doing.
