Tenya Iida, more commonly known as Turbo Hero: Ingenium, is the Class 1-A representative at U.A. High School, where he is training to become a Pro Hero. Tenya's incredible speed has earned him a reputation as one of the fastest students in his class as well as one of the fastest anime characters.

Tenya may appear strict, difficult, and even threatening at first glance, but he's actually simple, earnest, bright, intellectual, disciplined, and noble. Tenya is noted for taking everything very seriously and for frequently jumping to conclusions, then enthusiastically speaking or acting on those findings.

Tenya's immense speed is seamlessly incorporated into his combat method, allowing him to perform powerful, high-speed kicks capable of destroying even the hardest metals.
