Laconia Gallery

The Laconia Artists Corporation, a nonprofit corporation, provides financial support for the Laconia Gallery. At the southernmost point of Boston, the Laconia Lofts Building houses the gallery. The organization is committed to supporting and giving emerging and local artists a place to show their work. To engage the community and promote art, Laconia Artists Corporation also plans programs and events like workshops, talks, and outreach initiatives. Anyone who likes art and culture and thinks that more cultural and modern art needs to be pushed globally will have a fantastic experience at this location.

By offering non-commercial show space to regional and national up-and-coming and established artists from the South End and the greater Boston area, Laconia Gallery is committed to promoting the arts in those communities. The gallery will draw in and introduce the neighborhood to those artists and arts organizations that would not otherwise be able to afford to exhibit their work in Boston's SoWa neighborhood.
