Great leaders may inspire change, while terrible leaders can cause stress and frustration among their following. A clear goal, a successful plan, and knowledge of how people work distinguish these two.
This course will teach you the fundamentals of workplace psychology so that you may better understand people and steer them toward common goals.

- What methods do you use to persuade and influence others?
- What methods can you use to motivate and inspire others?
