Luce

Luce is a famous wine cellar of the Montalcino region, located in the heart of the Luce estate. Built on a single floor, under the hill where two former farms were located, this cellar was designed to house all the stages of winemaking and preserve them over time, respecting the landscape and nature. nature around.

During the harvesting process, bunches of ripe, hand-selected fruits are divided into batches and transported to the collection area. After additional selection, the grapes are lightly pressed and fermented using native yeasts.
