Nobu Matsuhisa is the epitome of excellent dining. His restaurants can be found on five continents and in over 40 locations throughout the world. In sunny Beverly Hills, the aspirant sushi chef launched his first restaurant in 1987, bringing his innovative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food to the masses. A silhouette of Nobu Matsuhisa was painted behind the sushi counter when the restaurant initially opened.
