Mulan (1998)

Mulan's soundtrack is one of the most memorable in Disney Princess film history. The Chinese mythology of Hua Mulan, who disguises herself as a male to fight in the military, inspired this Disney film in 1998. Mulan is another Disney Princess who illustrates that she doesn't need a man to save her.

The success of the first Mulan film led to the release of a sequel in 2004 and a live-action adaptation in 2020. Nothing, however, compares to the nostalgic feeling spectators receive when singing "I'll Make a Man Out of You."
