Otto Skorzeny Was an SS Officer… and a Mossad Hitman
Even while they claim that nobody is the villain in their own story, it is difficult to believe that about individuals like Otto Skorzeny. The individual served as a high SS commander for the Nazi regime before choosing to work as an assassination man for Israeli intelligence after it fell. Try to mentally reconcile that.
Hitler's preferred soldier is reportedly Skorzeny. He undertook dangerous and lethal tasks, including disguising himself in US uniforms to sneak behind enemy lines. In 1943, he flew a group of SS troopers into Italy and saved Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. Skorzeny afterwards received the Iron Cross from Hitler himself.

Skorzeny was hired to assassinate the scientists because he was a well-known and respected Nazi and could approach them quickly.
This comes after he was alleged to have taught Egyptians and assisted several other Nazis in escaping. Skorzeny was never actually killed or brought to justice. When he passed away from cancer in 1975, the funeral was reportedly attended by Nazis.
