Overbridge Beach

Overbridge is a resort only about an hour away from Paramaribo. It's a well-developed tourist destination, with a fully paved road connecting it to Paramaribo. Keep an eye out for deer, rabbits, and forest pigs throughout the journey, as you'll be cruising through the natural greenery.

There are several fantastic upmarket rooms with private cabanas available here. Restaurants and activities abound in this area, and you may participate in a variety of water sports on the beach. There's also a deep tropical forest where you may go for a trek and learn about the flora and wildlife. If you're feeling more daring, you may stay in one of their huts with hammocks and use the grounds' changing rooms.
