One of the most expensive yachts, Pelorus, was built by Lürssen in 2003 and purchased by Roman Abramovich, a Russian billionaire, in 2004. Pelorus has changed ownership several times since then, and is now owned by Hong Kong billionaire Samuel Tak Lee. Pelorus measures 115 meters in length and weighs a whopping 5517 tons.

She has two helipads, landing boats, and jet skis in addition to all the usual conveniences you'd expect to find onboard a superyacht of this caliber. She has a full-time crew of 46 on board all year.

As a gift for being the two finest players at his English football club, Chelsea F.C. The previous season, Abramovich gave Pelorus to Frank Lampard and John Terry for two weeks in 2005, and Terry used the yacht to honeymoon with his new wife, Toni Poole, in 2007.
