What else is there if you have weapons that can destroy buildings, affect the weather, destroy a country's infrastructure, and scramble electronics? The only thing you're missing at this moment is a weapon capable of destroying your opponent from within. This is when psychoactive weapons come into play. These are weapons designed to influence the minds of soldiers in opposing combatants. Anything designed to influence another person's consciousness and brain. When laid out like this, it sounds really absurd. What sort of weapon has the ability to control another person's mind? Or do you want them to see things that aren't there?

In 2018, study into inexplicable injuries reported by American diplomats in Cuba indicated that the diplomats may have been subjected to psychotronic weaponry. It was suspected that a microwave device was utilized, resulting in brain damage. When you are the victim of one of these episodes, you may hear noises that appear to be natural but are actually coming from within your own skull. Even the deaf can detect when they are being targeted with a microwave device. It is possible to beam sounds and words directly into someone's skull.
