Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a Rockstar Games action-adventure game released in 2018. The game is the third in the Red Dead series and a precursor to Red Dead Redemption, which was released in 2010. The plot takes place in 1899 and follows the activities of criminal Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, through a fictitious version of the Western, Midwestern, and Southern United States. Arthur must deal with the Wild West's fall while fighting to survive against government authorities, competing gangs, and other threats. The epilogue of Red Dead Redemption follows fellow gang member John Marston, the protagonist of the game.

The game is displayed in both the first and third person, and the player is free to explore its dynamic open environment. Shootouts, heists, hunting, horseback riding, interacting with non-player characters, and preserving the character's honor rating through moral decisions and acts are all game aspects. The reaction of law police and bounty hunters to crimes committed by the player is governed by a bounty system similar to the "wanted" system from the Grand Theft Auto franchise. The game's online multiplayer option, Red Dead Online, allows up to 32 people to participate in a variety of cooperative and competitive game scenarios.
