Riverside School
Riverside School is a highly effective educational institution that consistently meets and surpasses international standards while maintaining a strong emphasis on the overall growth, well-being, and happiness of its students. Based on a high standard of financial stewardship, this non-profit Christian organization does not bring in any revenue for its founders or board of directors. Every penny of revenue goes toward supporting the school's staff, instructional initiatives, and first-rate facilities.
The Early Years Foundation Stage, a British model, serves as the foundation for the curriculum at Riverside Early Years School. This model is based on four guiding ideas. Riverside Early Years School's curricula are also shaped by seven domains of learning and development.
All learning domains are significant and interrelated; nonetheless, three domains are especially vital for stimulating children's interest and zeal for learning as well as for enhancing their ability to learn, develop relationships, and flourish.
Intending to enhance each child's life and prepare them for the experiences, opportunities, and responsibilities of adulthood, Riverside offers a pertinent, international curriculum. The National Curriculum of England and Wales serves as the foundation for Riverside's Primary Curriculum.
The Junior High curriculum aims to help students develop higher-order thinking skills, embrace and enjoy learning, make connections between various subject areas, and—above all—find study topics relevant to their lifetime pursuit of knowledge.
The English National Curriculum is the foundation of the curriculum, which has been modified to suit the needs of a student body that is predominantly international. Students benefit from a broad curriculum that gives them a variety of opportunities, skills, and knowledge for the future.
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) programs are the focal points of Riverside High School's curriculum. In addition to pursuing the IB Diploma, graduating students must obtain the necessary credits in a variety of subjects covering a wide range of subjects as outlined in our Senior High Curriculum Document to receive the Riverside High School Diploma.
