Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa is a luxury all-inclusive resort that stretches out over a beautiful white-sand beach just north of Punta Cana. It's packed with amenities for guests of all ages, including couples, families, and children. With over 730 rooms, the atmosphere can become frantic. There is, however, plenty of space for everyone to spread out with numerous restaurants, pools, and kid-friendly spaces — including a water park and a 9-hole mini-golf course.

There are numerous swimming spots all around the Royalton Bavaro, including a fine-sand beach with free non-motorized water sports and a variety of pools, including a massive lazy river. If you're traveling with young children aged four to twelve, they can watch cartoons and color at the Clubhouse Kids Club. There is also a teen club at the resort for those aged 13 to 17. Teens can play video games and use free Wi-Fi at the Hangout Teens Club.

There are nine restaurants (seven of which are a la carte and seven of which are buffet-style), eight bars, and round-the-clock room service. Guests staying in the resort's higher-end Diamond Club section have access to an exclusive beachfront restaurant, pool area, and premium alcohol. The rooms are elegant and ideal for a romantic getaway, with plenty of natural light and many with sea views. The rooms have air conditioning, an in-room jacuzzi, charging stations, stocked mini-bars, and other amenities.
