Sagada

Sagada, sometimes known as the "Philippine Shangri-La," is a magnificent town in the north-central Philippines that is situated 5,300 feet above sea level. The town's scenery, which includes caverns, hiking paths, rice terraces, and lush karst mountains, is especially beautiful when veiled in the mists that are frequently present at its high elevation.

Ancient coffins can be observed scattered throughout the limestone cliffs because, in accordance with local legend, the spirits of the dead like to be near the sky.
