Saputo Inc. is a Canadian dairy company based in Montreal, Quebec, founded in 1954 by the Saputo family. The majority of the company's growth has come via mergers and acquisitions. Its products are sold in over 60 countries worldwide, with operations in Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, and the United Kingdom accounting for over half of its income. From 2006 until 2013, it operated in Wales and Germany. It once controlled the Canadian rights to Hostess Brands products.
