Seventy Islands
The Ngerukewid Islands, often known as the Seventy Islands, are Palau's most famous island landscape. The Seventy Islands is from Palau's name, Ngerukuid, which means "seventy". These islands are part of the Rock Islands archipelago, which consists of between 250 and 300 islands. The Seventy Islands are a collection of islands located in the southeastern section of the Palau archipelago. The visit to the so-called Seventy Islands is one of the best possibilities in Palau that should not be missed. These islands are known as "Micronesian Paradise" because they are sparsely populated.
