Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is a third-person action-adventure video game in which the player takes on the character of one of four different versions of Spider-Man from the Amazing, Noir, 2099, and Ultimate realities. The gameplay centers around each Spider-own Man's superhuman skills; players may web swing, web zip, traverse walls, and use spider-sense' to discover foes or things of interest. The game's gameplay has a wide range of fighting moves, and each Spider-Man has his unique fighting style.

Points for purchasing upgrades and new combat skills are gained by killing adversaries or accomplishing various objectives in the "Web of Destiny". The points collected may also be used to buy 16 different outfits (four for each Spider-Man), which have no gameplay benefits and are merely decorative. There are some significant gameplay variations between Spider-Man games. For example, the Spider-Man Noir levels require players to hide in the shadows and take down enemies stealthily, whereas the Ultimate Spider-Man levels emphasize combat and frequently have the player fighting large crowds of enemies; this is possible due to Madame Web providing this version of Spider-Man with the symbiote black suit, which increases his strength.
