Stellantis Group is the result of the merger of two large companies, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Peugeot S.A. (PSA) in early 2021. Stellantis manages 14 auto manufacturers (5 brands of Groupe PSA and 9 FCA Group brands), namely Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroen, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram and Vauxhall.

Like every automaker globally, Stellantis's mission is to invest billions of dollars over the next few years to transform its product line structure into electric vehicles. In addition, the group must revive its fortunes in the Chinese market, streamline its giant global empire and tackle overproduction.
