Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk
The Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk is a beautiful nature-blessed experience at a terrifying height. Nestled in the privately owned Tamborine Rainforest in Queensland, Australia enjoys breathtaking views of the lush rainforest. At the height of 985 feet above the ground, enjoy the views of the lush canopy of the rainforest. Spot birds in their natural habitat. Insects and other wild species are viewed in the abodes.
The elevated walk in the rainforest is only for adventure lovers. With over 30 acres of rainforest to explore, an eco-adventure like you’ve never experienced awaits. The walk spans over a kilometer and a half and is about a 45-minute walk unless you plan on stopping to take a photo of the diverse range of Australian flora and fauna on display. The Skywalk is a triage of forest floor trails, a bridge high above the upper canopies of the forest, and a footbridge over the creek.
The walk itself is a steel-structured bridge that leads tourists through the rainforest's canopy. Aside from stopping to read the informative panels and informational signs along the road, make sure to soak in the breathtaking environment. It includes a variety of floor routes and 300-meter steel bridges that allow you to explore the many forest layers.
