The beauty of waterfall chains

Don't go after waterfalls unless you're after Mirusha's waterfall. You won't be disappointed whether you visit in the summer for a relaxing swim or in the winter when the waters freeze and crystallize.

The Mirusha waterfalls are a series of waterfalls located in the Mirusha Park in central Kosovo, south of the Gremnik Mountains. The waterfalls have carved canyons and caverns that are well-known throughout the country. The river constructed a 10-kilometer canyon and formed 13 lakes with waterfalls in between. The waterfalls are one of the most popular attractions in the area, and many people swim there. The walls around the waterfalls are white, but the water in the Mirusha river is a muddy brown. High-diving events are held on the cliffs around some pools. Visitors like exploring the caves beneath the waterfall. The tallest waterfall is 22 meters high and located between the sixth and seventh lakes.
