The Bengal
The Bengal cat is often referred to as the striped cat or the Bengal striped wildcat. It is because their fur has the same striped pattern as the leopards. The Bengal cats currently kept in the home are a cross between the Asian wildcat and the Native American domestic cat.
In general, the appearance characteristics of the Bengal striped cat are quite similar to the American short-haired cat. The difference and the most outstanding feature of the Bengal cat is the unique and attractive leopard-striped coat. The body of Bengal cats is quite plump and muscular, so they are likened to miniature leopards. The body is quite long with four slender legs that are relatively short compared to the body, especially feet are big and thick. The head of the Bengal cat is tiny with large, thin, erect ears and cute emerald eyes. The Bengal cat has a short and soft coat with three popular colors: striped black, marble, and brown nuggets. There are also some rare coat colors such as Silver, white.
Bengal cats have quick and flexible reflexes. Not only stopping at the wild instincts of their ancestors, but Bengal cats also have a very cheerful, mischievous, and affectionate personality, loyal to their owners. They love to be petted, loved, and spoiled by their owners. Besides, Bengal cats are also friendly, get along with other animals, and are gentle when playing with children. With a wild origin taking care of Bengal cats is not too difficult.
