The Brook Hill School, located near Bullard, Texas, just south of Tyler, is an independent Christian day and boarding school for students in grades PreK-12. With thirty-one pupils, the school opened in 1997, and the boarding school opened in 2003. The school now occupies 280 acres (110 ha) and serves approximately 760 students from East Texas and throughout the world, with students from 30 nations represented.
Whether academically, artistically, or athletically gifted, Brook Hill students are provided with a plethora of opportunities to be challenged: Advanced Placement and Dual Credit courses, vocal and instrumental music programs, theater and visual arts classes, as well as a wide range of sports and interest-based clubs. Students will discover ways to succeed even if they are not in the usual academic setting.
Brook Hill students are constantly pushed to grow in Christ-like character in all aspects of their educational experience, from the classroom to the practice field to the stage. The aim to prepare students for life, including worldview training through Bible studies, Chapel, and other leadership, service, and social activities, is at the heart of Brook Hill's purpose.
