University of Warwick

The University of Warwick was the first British university located on the outskirts of Coventry and is considered one of the leading educational institutions in the country. Founded in 1965, currently Warwick has about 18,000 students from 120 countries.


Warwick is consistently in the top 10 UK universities in the UK rankings and holds prestigious academic exchange agreements with some of the best universities in the world. The University of Warwick is recognized as one of the top research universities in the UK, with the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF) showing that 87% of its research is "world-leading" or "international excellence".


Warwick's students have access to over 250 clubs and have the opportunity to participate in the university's popular radio station and student newspaper. In particular, the school's main sports center has a swimming pool, sauna, soccer field, indoor climbing area, and gym.
