Victoria first failed to notice Bruschi's extraordinarily huge eyes. However, afterward, Bruschi's huge eyes were noted by family, friends, and even his veterinarian. She then submitted an application to Guinness World Records on his behalf, which resulted in the title he now firmly holds.
