World's Longest Snake in Captivity
The longest snake ever kept in captivity is Medusa, a Reticulated Python owned by Full Moon Productions in Kansas City, Missouri, which measures 7.67 meters (25' 2") in length. The Edge of Hell, a haunted home attraction with a huge turn-of-the-century brick warehouse, houses the 8-year-old, 158.8 k (350 lb) lizard mostly coiling up in a nook. Every two weeks, deer, hogs, and a variety of other animals are served to Medusa as her main course.
She is reportedly the clumsiest eater at the haunted home and has been known to unintentionally bite into herself rather than her dinner. While a python's behavior might be unpredictable and wild, Medusa generally treats people with respect and tolerability until she is agitated, hungry, or provoked.
