Write privately for self expression
While telling others what's bothering you isn't always appropriate, the capacity to explain your own sentiments and write privately for self expression are valuable in and of itself. If you write down what's on your mind in a journal or diary, you can go back and observe how writing it down helped you to redirect your mental energy away from unproductive rumination. Once you've written down your experiences, you'll be better able to separate your mind from them, saving yourself from tiring, racing thoughts about a traumatic event.
When we meet with suppressed difficulties, accumulated things that can't be told to anyone, we will look to the diaries, which contain our own stories. The diary is like a silent friend that follows us through the big doors we have to face, they keep all our sorrows, frustrations, and hardships. That is another way for you to improve your mind stay away from pressure of daily life or at least can help you feel more comfortable in your life style.
