Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI)

XLRI – Xavier School of Management (XLRI or formerly Xavier Labour Relations Institute) is a private business school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India, run by the Society of Jesus. It was established in 1949 in the steel city of Jamshedpur as India's first business school. The same Society will open a new campus in the Delhi-NCR region in 2020 at Jhajjar (about an hour's drive from New Delhi airport). The institute is a signatory to PRME - Principles for Responsible Management Education - and engages in a variety of social initiatives throughout the year, with a focus on sustainability.

Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management are two-year Diplomae in Management programs offered by XLRI. It also provides a 15-month full-time residential PGDM in General Management Program known as ExPGDM (formerly known as GMP), a three-year Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM, Three Year) for working executives, and a Fellowship Diploma in Management (FDPM). XLRI is also known for providing a variety of short-term management development programs as well as a variety of virtual programs.
