Space Cowboy is the first project from Night Moves Hospitality, and it features a menu of island-inspired food from chef Lyle Bento and a lineup of tropical-inspired beverages from bar managers Samantha Ruiz and Karen Cervantes (both formerly of Monkey's Tail).

The bar has 35 seats inside, but the true lure of Space Cowboy is the 2,000-square-foot patio and adjacent 4.000-square-foot green space next to the hotel pool. Guests may serve themselves cider, beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits at the 4,000-square-foot Spring Branch restaurant. The 80 selections on the self-pour tap system include 20 wines and eight spirits.
