Alone In Love (2006)

Yoo Eun-ho (Son Ye-jin) and Lee Dong-jin (Kam Woo-sung) meet one day in his bookshop and are instantly drawn to one other. Following several meetings, they fall in love and finally marry. They divorced two years later. Dong-jin continues to work at the bookshop, while Eun-ho works at a gym. Even still, a year and a half after their divorce, the two still meet for breakfast at their favorite bakery, argue over small matters like a married couple, and celebrate their wedding anniversary with a free meal ticket supplied by the hotel where they married.

As new love partners enter their life, the story is punctuated by either character's internal monologue about their previous and current relationships. All of this makes them wonder if these lingering sensations are love, despite the fact that they are both too terrified to start afresh, and even more afraid to leave the relationship entirely. They are unable to go on because neither is bold enough to address the other about the misunderstanding on the day Eun-ho had a stillborn kid.
