Something in the Rain (2018)

The series follows two people as they progress from "simply acquaintances" to "a true partnership". Jin-ah (Son Ye-jin) is a district supervisor in her 30s at Coffee Bay (a genuine Korean business), while Joon-hee (Jung Hae-in) is an animator in his early 30s at Smilegate Entertainment, a video game company. When he returns after working abroad, he reconnects with Jin-ah, who has been close friends with Joon-hee's sister since they were children. The episodes provide an intimate look at how they fall in love, deal with their age disparities (which are considered taboo in some circles), and find the confidence to tell everyone about their relationship.

A secondary plot is around the difficulties that female employees encounter at the firm Jin-ah, where she works, as they attempt to climb the corporate ladder in the face of extreme sexual harassment, maltreatment, discrimination, and career sabotage by their male bosses. A sexist culture that is deemed typical yet unsaid in South Korean corporations.
