Andrew "Andy" Abraham

Burch & Cracchiolo's president is Andy Abraham. The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization has certified him as a Real Estate Specialist, and he has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Transactions since 2008, as well as in every edition of Southwest Super Lawyers. Andy was voted among the top 50 lawyers in Arizona by his peers in 2011, 2014, 2015, and 2016. He is included among Arizona's Finest Lawyers and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent 5.0 out of 5 peer review rated attorney.

Andy has extensive expertise negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and renters for important anchor tenants. Andy was successful in completing lease executions for a 70,000 square foot medical office complex, other single tenant medical office buildings, and numerous anchor tenants in retail shopping areas. Andy has successfully tried real property cases to verdict over his 32 years at Burch & Cracchiolo, including adverse possession claims and condemnation actions. He closed over 100 loans, the majority of which were above $1 million, and resolved hundreds of title claims. Andy worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Frank X. Gordon, Vice Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, from 1982 to 1983, before joining the business in 1983.

Andy's practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate-related litigation, and real estate transactions, but he also has a lot of experience with franchisor/franchisee relationships. In numerous state and federal court proceedings, he has served as lead counsel.
