Gene R. Abercrombie
Gene R. Abercrombie practices commercial real estate law, with a focus on all types of sales and leasing transactions, zoning and planning, real estate tax appeals, real estate brokerage law, and mechanics' lien law.
Mr. Abercrombie served as vice president and general counsel of the then-largest real estate services firm in Northwest Ohio before rejoining the Firm in 2001, and he has also served on the Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals. He is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group of Eastman & Smith.
Mr. Abercrombie graduated with honors from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the law review. He's also a member of the 22nd Century Committee/Downtown Toledo Development Corporation, a group of Toledo business leaders looking into the rebuilding of the city's downtown center.
