Eben Adams
Pierce Atwood's Real Estate Practice Group is chaired by Eben Adams. Eben's practice focuses on commercial and residential development, acquisitions, sales, and leasing, with an emphasis on commercial and residential development, acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Eben represents clients in the buying and sale of restaurants and hotels on a regular basis. Eben has a lot of expertise representing condominium developers, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Eben aids energy firms with real estate concerns such as solar leases, wind leases, and the acquisition and development of transmission corridors on a regular basis. Eben has worked on distressed commercial and residential real estate developments, including condominiums, to restructure them.
Eben worked as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Gene Carter before joining Pierce Atwood in 2000. Eben previously worked as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator William S. Cohen in Washington, D.C. for four years.
