Lauren B. Ades

Lauren Ades is a partner at PK Law and the firm's Chair of the Corporate and Real Estate Group. She has extensive experience in corporate and business law, as well as commercial financing and real estate. She helps clients with everything from simple to sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, firm formation, and commercial and real estate transactions.
