Animaniacs
For those of you who didn't grow up in the 1990s and can't shake the sensation that something is missing from your spirit, you've come to the right place. Animaniacs is pure entertainment. Yakko, Wacko, and Dot are among the most endearing, humorous, and adorable characters in all of animation. Their slapstick humor is fantastic for youngsters, and their smart (and sometimes extremely vulgar) quips are hilarious for adults. The animation is fantastic and colorful. Who could be shocked by the overwhelmingly positive response? After all, it was produced by the man, the legend, Steven Spielberg. The man is an expert in his field.
Even before the program begins, the entrance of Animaniacs is hilarious, and the theme song is immensely catchy. Coupled with some amusing and brilliant musical performances, the production is truly one-of-a-kind. The Warner siblings were also aided by an excellent supporting ensemble, each of whom specialized in a different type of humor. It's an understatement to say that this program was fantastic; Animaniacs even had a spin-off segment called Pinky and the Brain (one of my personal favorites).
