The owner of Artisans, a Scot, refers to the style as 'obscurity,' and it essentially consists of whatever he likes. The menu is a cross-cultural mix of tikka masala, Mexican, Indonesian rendang, sloppy joes, giant salad bowls, and – for drinkers – margaritas. He takes an unconventional method, yet he manages to pull it off.

Both the music and the design are varied at Artisans. For a picnic meal, remove the sandwich coverings.
