Sala

For nearly 15 years, this sophisticated European bistro, Sala has been regarded as Manila's best. It is run by Scottish chef-owner Colin Mackay, who also owns People's Palace and Blackbird.

Sala offers excellent service as well as a constantly changing menu of fusion cuisine and inventive desserts. The P2900 five-course tasting menu is a decent option; add P1450 for wine pairings with each dish.
