Calle Brewery

This locally owned craft brewery also serves as the best restaurant in Vigan. It's a smokehouse, so pick your meat and a couple of sides to go with it, and wash it down with some craft beer. Even paying for 'premium' beef, the dish is excellent value (recommended). There's also a wine and tapas bar where you can buy 12-course Ilocano tasting menus in advance (per person P1800).

For P150 per person, including a flight, you may take a tour of the Calle Brewery in this century-and-a-half-old mansion.
