Be Fit Modern Pilates
BE Fit Modern Pilates differs from traditional pilates in that it incorporates a twist, plank, and shake. Then shake it up for 45 minutes with Slow Resistance Training, which will have you shaking by the end of the session. Every class is a full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout.
You can expect a 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact exercise at Be Fit, which includes Pilates, cardio, and strength training. The Xformer offers a one-of-a-kind workout that targets slow-twitch muscle fibers. It's harder to work through the movements at a slower rate! It causes our muscles to slow-twitch, resulting in a high-fat-burning workout and the creation of leaner muscle. Slow, controlled motions maximize effort on both ends of the machine, resulting in muscular exhaustion, which boosts stamina and provides you the results you want.
The learners are asked to bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude to the class. Grip socks are essential and can be purchased at the time of check-in. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure that we can familiarize you with the equipment, have you sign your liability waiver, and get you acquainted with our area!
