At the private pilates of Perfect Posture Pilates, you will be coached through a full Pilates session and will learn the fundamentals and principles of Pilates. You'll use the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Mat, among other Pilates specialty equipment. Your practitioner may also give you exercises to do at home and/or securely prepare you to take an equipment class.

At Private Sessions with Varvara (owner), Varvara can assist customers in improving their movement patterns in order to relieve pain, recover from injury, or improve athletic performance. She has a lot of experience with scoliosis, back and hip discomfort, shoulder problems, pre/postnatal women, posture, and alignment. You will gain a better understanding of good body mechanics, motor control abilities, and Pilates principles, as well as a greater awareness of your body.
