It's also a ground-breaking, high-intensity, fast-paced body-toning workout that combines core strengthening... Clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds at Boost Pilates will be challenged in each lesson. Each client will experience the #BoostBurn, whether it is their first or hundredth lesson. For each move, each instructor will provide beginner, intermediate, and advanced alternatives. Here are a few ideas to help you succeed:


    • Finding parking, meeting the instructor, and getting acquainted with the Reformer may all be done in 5 to 10 minutes.
    • At each studio, there are cups and water stations. The client is responsible for bringing towels and grip socks, but they are not necessary.
