Beidaihe Scenic Spot

Beidaihe Scenic Spot is a well-known summer destination. It's in Qinhuangdao City's southwest corner. Its shoreline, seaside attractions, and easy transit make it a popular tourist destination. The climate in the Qinghuangdao region is temperate, with four distinct seasons and a monsoon cycle. It is neither too hot nor too cold in the summer or winter. Only around 8 days per year, on average, do temperatures reach 86 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Because of the Bohai Sea currents, the lowest average temperatures rarely fall below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, even in the winter. This makes Beidaihe accessible all year, however the best months to visit are May through October.

The coastline at Beidaihe is approximately 14 miles (22.5 kilometers) long, giving ample beach space for visitors. Many coastal houses and public facilities have lately been constructed in the area, allowing visitors to sample local foods and seafood, ride in a speedboat, or experience ballroom dancing. A stroll down the pebbled sands might provide a peaceful respite from the tourists.

The well-known Tiger Stone Park is located in the Beidaihe Scenic Spot's core section. The area gets its name from the numerous huge rocks that are thought to resemble a tiger pack. Climbing among the tiger stones can provide a visitor with a good view of the area as well as an opportunity to relax and enjoy the cool sea breeze brushing against your body, the rhythmic crash of the ocean's waves against the tiger stones, and the view of the ocean can all help you relax and become more in tune with nature.
