Xichong Beach
Shenzhen Xichong Beach is a beautiful beach in Shenzhen's Longgang District. It's on the Dapeng Peninsula's southern tip, facing the South China Sea, with Mirs Bay on the west and Daya Bay on the east.
Shenzhen Xichong Beach is one of the country's eight most beautiful beaches, as well as Shenzhen's largest. Traveling here can help you get away from the city's rush and bustle. Visitors can immerse themselves in the azure water, experience an unrivaled sea vista, and unwind. Few outsiders visit because of the traffic congestion. Shenzhen Dongchong Beach is 20 kilometers away along the shore. Along the trip, purple flowers blooming in the mountains and a turquoise and transparent sea may be seen.
Xichong is known for its long beach and waves, which attracts visitors. It is located in Dapeng National Park in eastern Shenzhen, a renowned recreational and scenic area of the city. Dapeng Peninsula was rated one of China's ten most beautiful places by Chinese National Geographic in 2006. Qiniang Mountain, the city's second highest peak, is located to the north. Xichong Beach is difficult to get because it is located in one of Shenzhen's least populous and secluded areas. Private automobiles can be rented in Dapeng or Nan'ao, and regular buses run between the two towns and the beaches of Dongchong and Xichong (M231 and M232). Between Xichong and Dongchong, there is also a popular hiking track that runs along the coast (approx 10km).
