Binz
On the island of Rügen, Binz is situated in the Prorer Wiek Bay. Although it has been occupied since the Middle Ages, it won't be until the 19th century that it starts to become known as one of the spa towns that the Germans enjoy. Along with its waterways, this is also aided by its stunning white cliffs and beech woodlands. Any traveler will adore its excellent sand beaches. Blinz is regarded as one of Germany's tourism hotspots, and not for nothing.
The Granitz Nature Reserve and Hunting Lodge are nearby attractions as well. This might be an excellent possibility if you enjoy trekking. It is odd that a steam train connects it to the other spas on the island. Despite the significance of Binz's architecture and history, as well as the lush beauty of the surrounding countryside, the sea and beach remain the main draws of Binz in current times for many tourists (especially children).
The five-kilometer-long beach has soft, fine sand throughout. The gently shelving shoreline, shallow water, and mild breakers make this beach a great place for swimming and safe water play for smaller kids. Several of the busier beach locations have lifeguards on duty, however due to the lack of hazards, they are rarely called upon to help anyone in need in the water. The shoreline and beach are kept clean in addition to being quite safe.
