Bistro Quai

The glass-box dining area and cantilevered timber patio of Bistro Quai overlook the Moselle and Germany. Dishes like Berdorfer cheese Cordon Bleu, Riesling pâté, and lobster with crémant cream sauce feature premium local products. All of the wines are from the area. Kids receive miniature versions of adult food, as well as coloring pencils for the graphics and puzzles on the menu's back.

The Chalet will be open from Friday 5 November. the restaurant opens Wednesday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
