Le Sud, a prominent restaurant proudly dominating the Rives de Clausen, has managed to impose its presence as well as its gastronomy over the years, becoming an essential destination for gastronomes living in or passing through the country.

Le Sud, which opened in October 2008 in the former "Mousel" brewery, is perfectly positioned, close to the city's main attractions (the Kirchberg district, the airport, the exhibition center and downtown).

The exquisite French cuisine at this stone-walled restaurant in the ancient Rives de Clausen area include Crémant-poached lobster, brioche-crumbed garlic snails, line-caught John Dory with artichoke mousseline, and Grand Marnier soufflé. From the bar's panoramic rooftop patio, spectacular views of the area's rooftops and wooded hillsides are available.
