Comte Godefroy

Comte Godefroy opens to an elevated terrace at the foot of the castle with panoramic river and rooftop views in a two-story chateau dating from 1103. To make delicacies like trout soufflé with crayfish sauce or mille-feuilles d'escargots, the kitchen mixes French culinary methods with ingredients sourced from the Parc Naturel de la Haute Sûre (snails in layered puff pastry).

The house's daughter and son, both former members of Luxembourg's national team of cooks, and their crew will develop dishes using local Luxembourg products, such as those from the Natural Park of the Haute Sûre and VUM SEI products, in addition to superb French cuisine.
